Project Overview

This was our second project at Lothian Cottage, where we transformed the existing garage into a high-spec space for the client’s new golf simulator, along with practical front storage. We then added a sleek, modern extension finished in black PLX cladding across both the roof and walls, creating a striking contrast against the original stonework. The result blends functionality with a contemporary aesthetic, expanding the property while maintaining its character.
